Is finding new music online hard?
I'm willing to bet YES.
It takes weeks to go through all the music on the web blogs. After a few hours of loading a song, listening, deciding to move on, clicking on another song, listening, .... the pain factor sets in so bad you think you're going to puke. So you never know what's out there that's the next big thing until you hear it on the Grammy's.
Song Nosh want's to change that...
SONG NOSH was created by me, Teft, to help YOU find new music. The NoshMonster searches thousands of music blog sites, weekly. It takes a bite out of each mp3 somewhere after the first quarter. You get 15 seconds to decide if you want to hear the whole song, repeat the 15 seconds or fave that song for later. It's amazing how much you get the flavor of a song within 15 seconds.
While you're 'Noshing', you don't have to do anything unless you like a song. Once you've discovered a song you can...
- 'favorite' it for later
- listen to the full song
- search on Amazon/iTunes/Google/etc
- Share the song on Twitter/FaceBook/Delicious/etc
- Discover the blog and post that the song was found
The NOSH remembers what you've listened to on your browser, by sending a cookie. That way you don't hear the same song twice, unless you're on a different browser or toss your cookies.
If you decide to start a (free) account, the NOSH will remember all your noshes, favorites and full plays no matter where you log in.
